Setting up Microsoft To-Do
This quick guide will walk you through the setup and usage of Microsoft To-Do with VISS.AI.
Adding Microsoft To-Do
You can add Microsoft To-Do to any existing or new VISS.AI workspace by clicking on the + Step button and selecting Microsoft To-Do from the app menu.
Connecting Your Microsoft Account
Connecting Microsoft To-Do is simple. Microsoft To-Do users can sign in with their Microsoft account within VISS.AI.
Click on Sign in, Log in with your Microsoft account when prompted (The account needs to be a Microsoft work or school account)
Grant VISS.AI permission to access your Microsoft To-Do tasks. This permission enables VISS.AI to retrieve, manage, and update your tasks as part of your workflow.
Using Microsoft To-Do in VISS.AI
After adding Microsoft To-Do, you can customize prompts and set up workflows that interact with your tasks.
Decide on the action you want Microsoft To-Do to perform within VISS.AI (e.g., "create task," "update task," "retrieve task list").
Specify actions like “Add a new task to my ‘Work’ list with a due date of tomorrow” or “Retrieve tasks marked as high priority in my personal list.”
After setting up your prompt, click the Build button to preview the output. Verify the setup, and click Run to execute the Microsoft To-Do step.
