This guide explains how to permanently delete your account from the VISS.AI platform. When you delete your account, all of your personal user data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. You will also lose access to your agents and organization spaces.

How to Delete Your Account

Step 1: Open Account Settings

1. In the bottom-left corner of the VISS.AI interface, click on your organization name

2. Click on the “Settings” icon from the menu.

Step 2: Delete Your Account

1. In the Settings window, locate the section titled Account and Click on your name

2. Click on the “Delete Account“ button

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

1. Review the warning about permanent data loss

2. To confirm, enter your account password

3. Click “Confirm“ to complete the deletion process

What Happens After Deletion?

• All personal and organizational data associated with your account will be permanently deleted

• You will lose access to your agents, tools, and organization workspaces

• This process is final and cannot be undone
